Nauticomp Signature Series Displays

Nauticomp Nauticomp introduced this premier line of displays in 2003 and achieved the prestigious "Dame Certificate" in marine electronics at the METS Amsterdam show in the Netherlands. Only one acknowledgement for Marine Electronics is given each year at this World International Show. Nauticomp is extremely proud to have this certificate granted for the development of the "DIM TO RED" for night vision introduced in the Signature Series.

Another addition in 2004 is a DVI input into our 12" and 15" Signature Displays. A digital video input allows the user to choose a third signal input for the same displays. The user can now select a choice of automatic scaling multiple resolution of 640 x 480 VGA through 1600 x 1200 SXGA, digital video input (DVID) or composite video input signals.

An "Easy Touch" front mount menu control allows the user instant display functions. It's another standard feature on all Signature Displays. The menu controller was developed to fully scale the display from full brightness down to ten nits (almost completely dark). Just hold your finger on the button a micro second longer and the display turns to a red night vision (dim to red). Perfect for night running!

The Picture in Picture feature has multiple uses. This composite input can be used for any security camera, VCR, DVD player, home video camera, satellite input and even another computer input. The picture in picture size has been expanded to 24 enhancing steps to increase the dimension size to almost one-quarter of the screen size. The picture can be sized and placed anywhere on the LCD panel.

This unique viewing panel is encased in a rugged black powder coated preformed aluminum chassis. Nauticomp has designed a slim chassis to conform with your other instruments. This narrow chassis allows you a larger display in your console landscape. Compare our Signature Daylight and Sunlight specifications. Size does matter! This chassis has been designed for pedestal, flush or surface mounting. Either the pedestal mount or bezel ring can be included in your choice of mounting.
